
For Shannon following her deep love of food meant following that passion and building a career within the restaurant business. With more than ten years of restaurant business experience under her belt, Shannon has held every position from mixologist to general manager in some of greater Cleveland’s finest restaurants, most recently Fahrenheit. She possesses a keen eye for detail that has translated into loyal clientele that look to her direction for everything from creating menus to overseeing and planning large parties and weddings. Shannon’s experience helps her elevate dining to an art form, where service, atmosphere, food and wine intermingle to form a feast for all the senses. Her grasp of customer needs lets her work within the restaurant and with its staff to provide guests a smooth and seamless dining experience that they are sure to remember for years to come. Shannon excels at creating a sense of comfort inside of Chinato’s calm and refined atmosphere. “If we can achieve that,” says Shannon, “then our guests feel as though they are having dinner at the home of a good friend where they trust us to provide the food, wine, and service experience that’s impossible to duplicate anywhere.”
